Can I use a driver's license from an other country?

Valid drivers licenses issued in your state or country is acceptable as well as international licenses.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, insurance is required by law. If your automobile insurance policy insures a rental vehicle with an QEF° 27 rider (Quebec Endorsement Form) you must present your certificate of insurance with the proof that has the QEF° 27 on it. Bringing only the certificate of insurance does not prove that you insurance cover for rental cars. If your credit card insures the rental vehicle THIS IS SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION FROM THE ISSUER, the holder must be the signing of the rental agreement and be the main driver.

I want to decline your coverage and use it mine. What should I do?

Please bring your proof of insurance (insurance card under the driver's name). Remember that in order to decline our coverage, your insurance must be a complete coverage transferable to rental cars. Always remember to contact your insurance company to check what kind of coverage you have. You must present your certificate of insurance with the proof that has the QEF° 27 on it. Bringing only the certificate of insurance does not prove that you insurance cover for rental cars.

What are your age requirements?

Do you pick up at the airports?

Yes, we can pick you up from the airport and deliver you to the airport when chosen airport delivery and return.

Do you deliver at the hotels?

Yes, if it is confirmed delivery. Extra fees may apply.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay cash, credit card or debit card.

Can I use another persons credit card for renting a vehicle?

Yes, but the card holder must present himself with proper i.d. to sign the rental contract.

Do I need a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required for security purposes. The amount of the requested deposit will be returned to you.

How much is the deposit?

The minimum deposit amount is 99.00$ and the maximum deposit amount is 1500.00$ The amount varies according to the length of the rental, the age of the driver, category of the vehicle and other factors such as holidays, seasons and the destination.

What type of cars do you have?

We have compact, mid size, full size, convertibles, 6,7 & 8 passenger vans, SUVs and some exotic cars.

Do you have automatic or stick shift cars?

We have automatic cars and stick shift cars, make sure you ask for a stick shift in advance. Since most of our cars are automatic.

Do you have air conditioned cars?

Yes, all our cars have air conditioning.

Do you rent cars by the hour?

Yes, cars can be rented by the hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

Do you offer accessories with your rentals?

We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles. The accessories are a baby seat and GPS systems.

Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?

Yes, additional charges apply when rental vehicle is to be driven by more than one person.

Is there an additional charge for fuel?

Fuel must be brought back the same way it was given to you. No refund for having add more gas.

Is there an additional charge for underage?

Yes, it only applies to customers that are 18-24 years old.

Can I drive out-of-province?

Vehicles can only be within the geographical territory which is chosen at the office. Contract will not be valid, if client don't respect chosen location. There are only certain states in the U.S that client can go, must be confirmed by the office.

If I rent a vehicle for a month can I get a good price?

Yes, vehicles can be rented by the month and receive a special offer. Also, it is important to take note that the special is only available in Montreal. If ever you took the car outside of Montreal, this special rate will be canceled and the price will be changed to a daily rate instead of monthly rate.

If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle?

Yes, we do have a drop off service. Let us know in advance and must be confirmed for instructions on where to leave your vehicle.
